Together Co-Living was designed by the top-tier Australian architecture studio Architectus, in collaboration with GCP Hospitality Group. We have 455 rooms in total. The rooms feature either single, double, queen or single twin beds, depending on the room category.

Events are the backbone of the Together Community as we encourage our residents to pursue social connections and foster genuine relationships. There are over 25 community events happening every month, specially curated to cover a wide range of topics, from sport & wellness, to entertainment, business, arts, culture, etc.. It’s a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skill set & interact with like-minded people!
From wine-tasting masterclasses, to Chefs' tables, crafts lessons, yoga classes, business trainings, supper clubs, coffee workshops and happy hours - whether you’re a foodie, a fitness buff or budding entrepreneur, there’s truly something for everyone.

Yes we do! All rates do include a housekeeping service once a week, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage and changing your bedding if you leave a fresh set.

You are welcome to stay for as long as you like! Minimum contract length is 1 week but we also accept daily stays. To receive the best rates, we do recommend longer leases! Whether you need a room for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, we can tailor your contract to fit your lifestyle and your needs.

From your first day with us, enjoy all-inclusive renting. Your studio comes fully furnished and ready to move in, while Wi-Fi, utilities and a housekeeping service once per week are included in your bill. Your rent also gives you access to all on-site communal areas like our kitchens, gym and outdoor pool. 24/7 Reception/Security staff is available if you need any assistance. On top of this, you are always invited to all of our monthly in-house community events.

No, when you arrive is entirely up to you! Regardless of your contract length, we are fully flexible about move-in and move-out dates.

This is your home – of course you can have friends over! Any Together residents may invite up to 4 friends to access the public areas, though we do require every visitor to sign in for security reasons.

We wish! But unfortunately no, we do not accommodate any pets on our premises. To be fair to all residents, we cannot allow any furry friends.

We operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout all our facilities. All of our rooms and public areas are designated as non-smoking.

It is your responsibility to contact us before your anticipated arrival to inform us that you cannot travel. Amendments can be made by contacting our reservation team at [email protected] or at +61 3 9485 0100.

Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date

The resident can cancel the booking (without penalty) provided written notice has been provided to TLC at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.

Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date

If a cancellation is made to TLC less than 30 days before the booking check-in date, the rent paid in advance may be retained. 

Cancelling when the agreement has commenced

If a cancellation is made to Together Co-Living post-check-in, the rent paid in advance & security deposit will be retained. If the actual length of stay is different to the tiered rate that you initially booked, you will be charged for the difference.

Pending availability, we would definitely love to have you with us for longer! Lease extensions or renewals are subject to availability, so please do try to inform us in advance if you're planning on extending your stay.

The Together community is a diverse network of professionals and students from all over the world coming together to form a community of like-minded people. Whether you are here to visit, work or study, Together will tick all your boxes. Students, singles, couples, digital nomads, flexible travelers, business travelers, workationers, all are welcome at Together.

Together Co-Living does not accommodate anyone under the age of 18.

No. Together is a mixed-gender community, with gender-neutral rooms and communal facilities that are shared amongst everyone.

For seamless convenience, we accept all major payment methods including Visa, Master, AliPay. However, please note that for credit cards, a surcharge (processing fee) does apply. Direct Deposit is possible for longer stays.

Utilities are already included in your rent! The beauty of our bills is that they are all-inclusive so you will always know what to expect. No hidden fees, no extra costs, no surprises. Everything is included in a flat rate.

We do require a security deposit for all check-ins (short or long stays), varying on the length of the contract.
