Together Co-living is following the Victorian government’s six principles of delivering a COVID Safe workplace.

Together Co-Living is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its guests and associates alike. For this reason, the following health and sanitization procedures have been implemented:

1. Public Areas & Facilities

  • Guest temperature check at the co-living entrance
  • Floor markings
  • Safety information signage throughout the co-living
  • A record of all guests, staff and visitors is being kept for contact tracing
  • Hand sanitizing gel stations in all public areas throughout the co-living
  • Public areas and facilities including shared spaces and high touch communal items such as doorknobs are being frequently sanitized
  • Maximum of 2 guests per lift
  • Guests to use towels in the gym with frequent sanitization of key touchpoints

2. Check-in

  • Follow social distancing measures and where you can’t keep 1.5 metres distance, face masks will be required to be worn and can be provided as requested;
  • Guests will be invited to sanitize hands upon arrival;
  • Guests to sign a declaration noting they do not present any COVID19 symptoms and are COVID free;
  • Counters to be cleaned regularly after each service interaction;
  • Key cards will be disinfected after each use; and
  • Cashless payment is preferred.

3. In-room

  • In-Room collateral is minimised as guests will have access to our inhouse G-app (via their own smart device) 
  • Every precaution has been taken to clean and sanitize all surfaces during the weekly service 

4. Restaurant & bar

  • Social distancing practice through seating arrangement in line with 1.5m spacing requirements from local and national government authorities 
  • Menus will be laminated and sanitised after each use  
  • Coasters will be disposed of after first use 
  • Hand sanitizing gel stations 
  • Electronic record-keeping via QR code will be required for all restaurant and bar guests 

5. Our team

  • To protect the wellbeing of our guests and team, we are committed to staying at home if even slightly unwell. All staff members and suppliers will be temperature checked before entering the hotel, practice the highest level of hygiene and maintain a safe 1.5m distance 
  • On arriving at work, each staff member will be provided with necessary personal protective equipment, a copy of Covid-19 government guidelines and additional health and safety training has been undertaken in line with current government regulations
